Intermediate Agility

Participants in the Intermediate Agility course must have completed Beginner Agility or have the approval of the Instructor. All dogs much be able to perform all obstacles at full height and a set of 12 channel poles. Handler must know basic handling techniques, such as blind, front or rear cross).

This class focuses on applying our basic handling and obstacle skills on a course between 15-20 obstacles. We explore different handling options for particular sequences of the course. This class intends to prepare participants for competitions at the Novice Level.

*This class is encouraged to be taken with the contact/weave class.

What you will need:

1. A Properly fitting collar

2. A six-foot leash, leather is recommended for handler comfort.

3. Water dish.

4. Soft treats (hot dogs or mozzarella chees are recommended.)

Drop In’s/CGC Testing

Drop In Obedience:

Due to COVID-19, we are not currently holding any drop-in obedience or CGC testing at this time.

Please Note: Drop In’s are for Current Students, Students from the past 6 months, or those who are actively competing and have been approved by the Instructor. A trainer/staff member is on site to help check in and monitor, but will not actually be training. Cost is $5 per dog. Any dog showing aggression or any handler not following safety rules will be asked to leave immediately. Please bring your updated shot records with you if you are not currently in class.
